Shipping policy
Next business day shipping cut-off at 10pm*
During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. To ensure your package is properly delivered and to avoid unnecessary delays, kindly review your shipping address carefully. Include all relevant and/or required information before completing your order. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
Colabella is not responsible for delays outside our control, lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery to the specified shipping address. We DO NOT issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms in transit, as being delivered or is marked delivered.
All orders are subject to processing apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination.
We, in Colabella, always aims to process your orders within 2 business days. Our delivery schedule runs from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and scheduled temporary shipping). However, please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (i.e. during promo offers and public holidays).
Once we have processed your order, you will receive the tracking number for your order via e-mail and/or SMS. If you do not receive a tracking number on the 4th business day after you place your order with us, please contact us at shopcolabella.com.au.
Please note that Colabella will not be responsible or will not have to pay for damages or losses that:
- are not caused by their conduct or their products once the item has been dispatched (i.e incorrect address, stolen parcels delivered within the customer-specified address)
- relate to something independent of their business, after the goods left their control.
Kindly ensure that the delivery address on your order is correct, if under the circumstances of lost/undelivered parcels please reach out first to Australia Post with the tracking notification provided to you and inform us of the incident and we will do our best to follow through with their office.
SHIPPING RATES (NATIONWIDE INCLUDING REMOTE AREAS)
Orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address via AUSTRALIA POST with the allowing time frame:
- Standard Shipping (allow up to 3-14 business days upon dispatch*): $10.60
- Express shipping (allow up to 1-7 business days upon dispatch*): $14.10
Note:
*Estimated timeline may vary depending on your location, eg. Interstate. Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change.
*Business days excludes public holidays, weekends and temporary shipping schedules. Temporary shipping schedules will be announced above (if any).
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be dispatched with Standard shipping, however, you may still elect for Express shipping at your own cost at checkout.
In a rare case you experiencing delays, a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the courier but you have not received it; please contact Australia Post contact number - 13 76 78 first for assistance.
Alternatively, we can assist you in working with the courier in tracking your order or completing the claim process for lost parcels, (please expect a little longer correspondence to allow time to, both customer's and courier's )
For delays and non-delivery, Australia Post will advise a timeline, and will further investigate if still undelivered after the advised date.
